The atmosphere was both casually inviting and delightfully upscale. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we appreciated having a flat-screen TV and a carpeted floor in our room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were lovely spaces to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal.

The Pine Marten is a nice place to stay, with a convenient location just across the road from Harlow Carr RHS Gardens. The lovely garden and small pond nearby are perfect for chilling out. The rooms are tidy and the staff is helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The shower has good pressure and instant hot water. a great choice for those visiting the beautiful surroundings of Harrogate.

The bathroom in the room could do with some updating.
